Lovely NYC couple is seeking a professional and proactive live-out Assistant House Manager. Responsibilities include routine home maintenance, running errands, pet care for dogs, special projects, liaise with Chefs, Administrative Assistants and other staff as needed, assist with vehicle maintenance, vendor management, diagnose/fix simple problems, run preventative equipment checks, prepare simple meals, table service, and support events. Must be tech savvy (Microsoft Office and Apple products), discreet, able to always maintain confidentiality, understand urgency and have a valid driver’s license. Ideal candidate is a self-starter, works well in a fast-paced environment, is detailed, organized, able to solve problems, has excellent time management skills and 3-5 years of experience. Mon-Fri about 40 hours a week but must be flexible to work a non-conventional schedule that includes long hours, nights, weekends and holidays. Bedford, NY family of four is seeking a 5 or 7-day live-in Nanny to provide care for their two children (ages 4 months & 2 years). Candidate will be assisting a stay-at-home mom. Duties include preparing nutritious meals and bottles, maintaining cleanliness in play areas, washing toys, getting children ready for the day, children’s laundry, as well as actively engaging with children in age-appropriate activities to ensure a stimulating environment. Although childcare is the primary responsibility, candidate will also run errands and occasional pet care as needed. Family has four dogs (3 beagles, 1 basset mix). A car will be provided for work purposes. Must have a valid driver’s license, swim, and be flexible for occasional travel. Bedford Hills, NY family of five is seeking a very flexible, live-out Nanny to care for their children (3, 6, & 12). Tasks include all aspects of childcare, such as getting the children ready for the day, school pick-ups and transportation to activities, meal and snack preparation, children’s laundry, maintaining clean & organized play areas, managing the children’s schedules, and actively engaging them in age-appropriate, enriching activities. Occasional errands & light pet care for the family’s small puppy may be needed. Ideal nanny is warm, energetic, nurturing, adaptable, and has experience traveling with families. Must have a valid driver’s license & be willing to use own vehicle as needed (mileage, gas, & wear and tear reimbursed). CPR certified, strong swimming skills, & valid passport for international travel required. Typical schd.
