Private Staffing Fees
Clients may choose one of two search options.
- Lindquist Client Engagement (LCE). The LCE search option is a traditional contingent search. Clients are not obligated to a placement fee until they have selected a candidate and the candidate starts work. Clients choosing this option are eligible for a no-obligation trial and two month unconditional replacement guarantee.
- Lindquist Partner Engagement (LPE). The LPE search option is a partially retained search. Clients choosing this option agree to pay a portion of the placement fee at the outset of the search in return for preferential pricing on both the current and future retained searches. LPE searches also carry an extended trial period and a four month unconditional replacement guarantee.

Consulting Service Fees
Fees for consulting services depend on the scale and scope of the assignment. Most assessments and discrete engagements will be priced at a flat fee, with well-defined deliverables. An hourly rate will also be provided for out-of-scope work or engagements of indefinite length.
Candidate Fee Policy
Candidates are not charged fees to register with or apply through The Lindquist Group.
